New Genshin Impact 3.0 leaks are finally here. They have revealed the abilities and passive talents of Tighnari, Collei, And Dorim the upcoming characters in patch 3.0. In this article, Gurugamer is going to showcase a quick summary of the reveals so far and analyze them to see which character has the best kit.

1. Tighnari

Tighnari is a 5-star Dendro Bow user. He is the lead ranger of the Dawson Rainforest in the Sumeru region. Appearance-wise, Tighnari has long elf-like ears and a short stature.

Similar to Ganyu, Tighnari's charged attacks are also going to have 2 levels. Level 1 will release a Dendro-infused arrow similar to the other bow users and level 2 would summon 4 more homing arrows to deal AoE Dendro DMG.

Below is a summary of his leaked skills and talents so far:

  • Elemental Skill: Tighnari throw an object that deals AoE Dendro DMG to enemies. It also creates a special field where enemies will enter a state of "Chaos". Tighnari's level 2 charged attacks time gets reduced during the duration of this skill or after he fires three charged attacks.
  • Elemental Burst: Tighnari will fire a number of homing arrows that deal Dendro damage at nearby enemies. Upon hit, they split into additional arrows that deal even more Dendro damage.
  • Passive: Display the location of all nearby resources on the Sumeru mini-map.

How good is Tighnari?

Overall, based on the reveals so far, Tighnari's kit is just average. His Burst is more fit for dealing with hordes of weak mobs rather than bosses, as it needs multiple targets for the most damage possible.

It will be a while until Tighnari becomes useful, as he is the first Dendro character to be released in the first Sumeru patch and there's no way to pre-farm any of his materials. Therefore, if you get him in the gacha, all the resin you get for the first 2-3 weeks is going to have to be funneled straight to him. As his kit looks like a main DPS, it'll also take ages to get a Dendro damage goblet unless you are extremely lucky.

2. Collei

Collei is a 4-star Dendro Bow user. She is a ranger in training and is working under the lead ranger Tighnari. Genshin Impact players will finally get to see her as a playable character, after all the tease in the manga. Collei was saved by Amber and they share a close bond.

Below is a summary of her leaked skills and talents so far:

  • Elemental Skill: Throw a boomerang that deals Dendro DMG. It can hit targets twice, on both release and return.
  • Elemental Burst: Summon a mechanical cat that explodes and deals AoE Dendro DMG. After exploding, the cat remains on the field, dealing even more AoE Dendro DMG.
  • Passive: Decreases stamina consumption for the whole party by 20% when gliding.

How good is Collei?

Overall, Collei looks like 3.0's go-to Dendro support. Players can probably just put the Emblem of Severed Fate x4 or Noblesse Oblige x4 set on Collei and use her like any other swapping support. Rotate her in, use all her skills, then rotate her out. Collei's burst is the most useful, as it continuously applies Dendro during the duration. This should trigger Dendro reactions like Intensified and Overgrown.

Genshin Impact Collei
Collei is one of the few 3.0 characters with appearance already revealed.

Most people are pretty pessimistic, as her kit looks like something that would get power creeped hard later (Dendro Amber).

3. Dori

Dori is a 4-star Electro Claymore user. She is a traveling merchant in Sumeru.

  • Elemental Skill: Dori summons a turret that deals Electro damage on attacks. When a hit connects, the turret will generate more shots that track nearby enemies and deal extra Electro DMG.
  • Elemental Burst: Summons a "Spirit of Lamps" that heals the active character and regenerates their energy. Additionally, as long as the active character is connected to the spirit, it will deal Electro DMG to enemies.
  • Passive: Dori has a 25% chance to refund any character and weapons ascension materials during crafting.

How good is Dori?

Overall, Dori seems to be a unique electro character who can do a lot of things at the same time. Apparently, she can heal, be a battery and apply electro while remaining off-field. She is likely to be a good support for Yae, or any other Electro character who needs a battery. However, as her Burst only regenerate energy for the active character, it is yet to be seen if she is going to be high or low tier, as active character regeneration is not as good as Diona's team regeneration.
