GTA 5 Online Heist Guide: How to do all five types of heists

A heist consists of set-up missions and the finale – a team of 4 is required for all missions. Try to find a team of regulars to play with, as hitting it with random strangers is not ideal. It takes a lot to run a successful heist – you have to know the mechanics and special gameplay elements of the set-up missions and the finales, along with the tactics required to avoid mistakes and fail-states.

GTA 5 Online Heist Missions: Getting Started

You would be able to start a heist once you reach Rank 12 and have a high-end apartment. At that point, you would be able to join 4-player coop heists online. Lester will call you every time you can play a new heist – and you can call him back to replay a heist.
