The Doomsday Scenario is the third and final part of the Doomsday Heist update in GTA Online. In this mission, the crew has to stop Avon and a rogue AI called Clifford from unleashing a weapon of mass destruction.

For those who have completed The Doomsday Heist Act 1 and Act 2, this is the last part to finish this heist in GTA Online.

Step by step guide for the Act 3 Finale
This finale is the hardest mission in the quest chain - it is even harder than the finales of the previous arcs. Buy the maximum amount of snacks and armor you can before proceeding. Bring the best weapons you have.
First, use the Khanjali tank to get through the tunnel entrance of the base. Destroying blockages and get to the end of the tunnel. 4 Juggernauts would spawn - you need to use the tank's rail gun to kill them. Afterward, get out of the tank and proceed toward the base. Kill all enemies on your way.
Another Juggernault would spawn as you reach a little open doorway. Pre-aim at that spot and kill it. At the intersection, get the supply box on the right side then go left. Keep going forward and eliminating enemies as they spawn, then snipe the supply box at the end of the passage. There is another supply box in a small room on the right as well.
Keep moving forward until you reach the hangars. Take a right to find two more supply boxes on either side of the room by the planes. Move through the hangar and go right - kill more mobs as you proceed. Two more Juggernauts will spawn at the end of the passageway.
Proceed toward the control center, take out all enemies and rush to the first servers. Start hacking as soon as you reach it - just be careful as the elite challenge requires you to not fail any hacks. Ask your friend to cover while you are hacking. The minigame is fairly simple - you just need to break the blue nodes by passing the signal through them... while avoiding the red ones.
Repeat the process three more times for the rest of the servers. Kill the remaining enemies then go upstairs to the Orbital Cannon room. Use it to destroy four more servers. Afterward, make your way to the Silo.
Fight your way in. Just take your time clearing out enemies as there are a lot of them. Keep going forward until reaching the end, with Avon fleeing using a jetpack. Get on your own Jetpack and chase him. The mission will end after you kill Avon and return to the Observatory.
