Last Monday, Marvel’s legendary writer and publisher Stan Lee passed away at the age of 95 in Los Angeles, California. He was one of the most influential figure in the entertainment industry, having created a new idea of superheroes. He will most definitely be missed, and many notable actors and entertainment producers have taken to social media to pay him tribute.

Lee had a great relationship with his fans. The renowned publisher was always a staple at many comic book conventions, and he only stopped making an appearance when his health started failing. Fans love seeing Stan Lee cameos and Marvel films and games for a reason: He loved seeing and interacting with them too. And now, for one last time, Lee expressed that love in a touching posthumous video.

On Wednesday, Stan Lee’s official Twitter account shared a short video of him. The video shows Lee talking about his fans in an authentic and spontaneous moment. It instantly went viral. You can check it out right below:

During a part of the video, the legendary figure can be heard mentioning that "it’s so lucky to have fans who really care about you.” He went on to explain that the reason why he cared about fans is "because they make [him] feel great."

According to Lee, it's a wonderful thing to have somebody that - even though you've never met, even though they might live in another part of the world - shares your interest and cares about you, as you care about them.

It is certainly moving for fans to get a last glimpse of their beloved father figure talking about how much he loved them back. Stan Lee impacted the lives of so many people, and this is a fitting farewell to someone of such great influence.

"This business of fans, I think is terrific," he concluded. "And I love 'em all."
