If it fills all the way, she blasts it right away, cutting Shadow Pursuit short and dropping a beefier Anemo DMG hit.
If her dash misses everything, she lobs a Smoke Bomb right there, smacking nearby enemies with Anemo DMG.
Moonsign: Ascendant Gleam: When the Purrfect Treasure Flask tops off, Jahoda holds off on dumping it. For a bit, she burns through the saved elemental power bit by bit, chucking Fluffy Meowballs at foes nearby now and then, dealing damage from whatever element's stored in the flask.
