Version 3.7 Phase 2 arrives around October 22, 2026, and runs through roughly November 11. It features the new 5-star Electro Sword Resonator Suoming alongside reruns of Lynae (Spectro Pistols) and Lucilla (Glacio Rectifier). Suoming’s signature Sword is Unspoken Rue. The phase also rate-ups the 4-stars Lumi, Danjin, and Chixia. With only a few weeks of Astrite left in the patch, the choice between a new Electro enabler and two strong existing supports matters more than usual.
Suoming: High Value With Hsin
Suoming is a dual-role Electro Sword unit built around Unison. She can stay on field for Basic Attack damage or swap out to hand Electro and Resonance Skill buffs to the next Resonator. Her kit uses a resource called Delusion and cycles through different Mind states. In practice she functions best as an offensive sub-DPS or Unison accelerator rather than a pure main DPS on her own.
Her strongest synergy is with Hsin. Suoming improves Hsin’s Unison rotations and raises the ceiling of the Electro dual-core team. Without Hsin her value drops. She can still serve as a quick-swap Electro unit, but she does not clearly outclass existing options such as Yinlin or other well-invested sub-DPS units. Pull Suoming if you own or plan to own Hsin and want the premium Unison setup. Skip her if you are not building that team.
Unspoken Rue is her signature and supports both playstyles. It grants Crit Rate, ATK, and Unison-based Electro bonuses that shift depending on whether she stays on field or swaps. It is a solid upgrade but not required at S0. Most players should secure the character first and only chase the weapon with leftover pulls.
Lynae: The Safest Universal Option
Lynae returns as one of the most flexible supports in the game. She is a Spectro Pistols hybrid who deals solid personal damage while providing broad team buffs. Her Outro gives the next Resonator All DMG Amplification and extra Liberation Damage. She also supplies Tune Break Boost and works in both Tune Rupture and Tune Strain setups. These buffs are not locked to one element, so she fits Liberation teams, Tune Break teams, and many general compositions.
Because her value is not tied to a single partner, Lynae is often the highest priority rerun for accounts that still lack a strong generalist buffer. She is relatively easy to build and performs well even without her signature weapon. Pull Lynae if you do not own her and want a unit that improves multiple teams. She is lower priority only if your account already has several premium off-field supports and you are committed to a specific niche team instead.
Lucilla: Strong but Niche
Lucilla is a Glacio Rectifier sub-DPS with two modes. In Glacio Chafe mode she is one of the best partners for Hiyuki, applying stacks, shredding resistance, and amplifying Chafe damage. In Echo mode she supports Echo Skill carries such as Sigrika. Outside these two niches her pull value falls off.
Pull Lucilla if you run Hiyuki or an Echo Skill main DPS and still lack her. She is less attractive for accounts that do not use those teams. Compared with Lynae she is more specialized, so most players should only target her when the team match is clear.
Pull Priority and Budget Advice
For most accounts the order is straightforward. If you already pulled Hsin or still plan to, Suoming rises to the top of Phase 2. If you skipped Hsin, Lynae is usually the better use of Astrite because she improves more teams. Lucilla sits below both unless your roster specifically needs her.
Weapon banners in this phase feature Unspoken Rue along with the signatures of Lynae and Lucilla. The weapon banner uses a targeted system, so you can guarantee the weapon you select within 80 pulls. Still, treat weapons as a luxury. A new character at S0 almost always provides more account value than a signature on a unit you already own. Free-to-play and low-spend players should focus on one or two characters rather than splitting pulls across every banner.
Phase 2 is the last major pull window of Version 3.7. Decide based on the teams you actually run, then commit rather than spreading Astrite thinly across all three characters.
