Avengers: Endgame achieved some of the most impressive figures the world of cinema has ever seen. It is the most successful movie not just in the Marvel Cinematic Universe, but of all time. Its $2.8 billion box office revenue is the highest ever and may last for a very long time.

He's now the God of Blubber

Contributing to that box office success is how low some of the characters can go after the world got 'snapped'. We all know about 'Fat Thor' and his depressed antics and physical slide. What we don't know is how much Marvel was willing to go to make Thor Odinson, Asgardian God of Thunder, hit rock-bottom.

A deleted scene from the movie Avengers: Endgame that takes place in Asgard does just that. Check it out here:

Recapping the deleted scene

In the scene, Rocket, who still looks a bit unfinished on the CGI side, is approaching Thor. He immediately finds the thunder god taking a whizz off a castle ledge.

Then, the two argue about the mission with Rocket chastising Thor for not focusing on finding Jane. Rocket asks Thor where to find 'the thing,' which is something he would use to extract the Aether later. Thor could only give a lackadaisical 'I don't know' for an answer.

Of course, this annoys Rocket and he points out that Thor actually lived in Asgard. To which, Thor hilariously answers by saying he has only lived there for 1500 years, 'not forever'.

The deleted scene is 1:10 long, and doesn't really add much to the story. But it is a fun little moment that shows Thor at his most vulnerable and relatable. Or it could be another 'Fat Thor' running joke that we already have enough of. Either way, it's worth seeing more of Thor the fallen god being himself.
