Hypergryph’s official account posted the Side Story promotional PV for 月行水上 (Moonlight Over Water) on August 29, 2026. The clip confirms the Persona 3 Reload crossover is no longer just a teaser. The event is CN first.
The PV line is blunt: “You only need to pay one price: take responsibility for your own choices.” The description uses It’s Going Down Now (Live at KT Zepp Yokohama). Producer notes already placed the story after Laterano’s recent farewell, under “strange moonlight” that dulls the city’s lamps.

Community wiki pages now list a full window:

- Main stages “School Route”: September 4 to September 18
- Later stages “Funerary Hall”: from September 11
- Limited banner and sign-in: September 4 to September 18
Unlock requires clearing main story 1-10. Official copy still says “early September,” with a note that start time can shift.

The roster is no longer guesswork:
- 6-star Makoto Yuki (结城理), limited banner
- 5-star Aigis (埃癸斯), limited banner
- 5-star Yukari Takeba (岳羽由加莉), limited banner
- 1-star Koromaru (虎狼丸), free from event tasks
Koromaru stays the odd one out: first collab 1-star, and he does not enter the limited banner. Classes and skills are still not in the public kit posts.
Banner rules
The limited pool is 石白深蓝之夜, also called Holy City Spring Students Headhunting. Makoto takes 50% of 6-star rate. Aigis and Yukari share 50% of 5-star rate. Pity: Makoto is guaranteed every 120 pulls on this banner, then the count resets. There is also a 5-star catch-up after 50 pulls with no featured 5-star, plus a one-time rule that the second featured 5-star is the other one.
None of the gacha collab Operators enter Standard, Kernel, or Recruitment after the event. Free currency is still about 30 pulls: 10 daily “Once Upon a Full Moon” tickets in mail, plus two 10-pull tickets on the 10-day sign-in. Tickets expire September 18, 3:59 a.m. CN.
