A Shanghai media preview ahead of Azur Promilia’s Journey Trace Test has leaked the game’s current gacha rules. The details spread quickly on X over September 6 and 7, 2026, and they are friendlier than many expected from a big open-world gacha.

Manjuu’s upcoming title mixes Genshin-style action combat with Palworld-like creature collecting. Players explore Promilia, fight with a party of female characters, and tame field creatures called Kibo. Kibo are caught in the world, not pulled from banners. What the leaked banners include

According to accounts covering the preview, limited character banners have a 90-pull hard pity. Lingzi banners sit at 80 pulls. On both rate-up banners, a top-rarity drop is the featured item. There is no 50/50 coin flip. That is the point fans keep repeating.

The test also includes a beginner banner: 30 pulls at a 20 percent discount and a guaranteed 5-star. The standard banner lets players pick one 5-star from a pool of about ten after 50 pulls. New character-focused activities with branching endings were also mentioned.

Test schedule and what is still unofficial

The Journey Trace Test, often called CBT3, is set to start September 17, 2026 on PC, iOS, and Android in China. Manjuu has said this monetization is the current test setup, not a locked launch model. Earlier 2025 leaks had described a 1 percent SSR rate, soft pity around 66, and hard pity at 73, plus talk of a 50/50. Those figures appear outdated next to the September preview.
