As a specialized Wind Harmony support, she brings powerful but targeted buffs. Here is a complete breakdown to help you decide if she deserves your Stellar Jades.
Kit Overview
Her entire playstyle revolves around the Military Merit buff given to a single teammate. While the buff is active, the ally gains a flat ATK increase equal to 27 percent of Cerydra own ATK. Every time the buffed ally uses a Basic Attack or Skill, Cerydra gains Charge (up to 8). At 6 Charge the buff upgrades to Peerage, which adds massive bonuses:
- 90 percent increased Crit Damage on Skill damage
- 11 percent All Type Resistance Penetration
- Coup de Main trigger on Skill use against enemies
After Coup de Main ends, 6 Charge is consumed and the buff reverts to Military Merit. Cerydra also deals bonus Wind damage after each ally attack (up to 20 instances per Ultimate), grants 20 Speed to herself and the ally for 3 turns, and regenerates 5 Energy for herself whenever the ally attacks. Her Ultimate deals AoE Wind damage while granting 2 Charge and refreshing the Merit if needed. The Technique pre applies Merit and auto uses Skill at battle start.
Strengths
- Enables effective double Skill usage with extreme damage multipliers on Skill hits
- Excellent energy economy and Speed buffs for faster rotations
- Strong additional damage contribution from her Talent
- Future proof for any new Skill centric damage dealers
- High performance in hyper carry teams with Phainon or Anaxa
Weaknesses
- Extremely niche: buffs apply almost exclusively to Skill damage
- Skill point negative in optimal setups
- Very limited team options compared to universal supports like Sunday or Robin
- Low personal damage output
- Not ideal for break teams, DoT teams, or Follow Up Attack focused comps

- Planar Sphere: ATK percent
- Rope: Energy Regen Rate
- Substats: Speed > ATK percent > ATK > HP or DEF
Best Light Cones
1. Epoch Etched in Golden Blood (signature)
2. Flowing Nightglow
3. The Forever Victual (free event option, very strong)
Final Verdict: Should You Pull?
If you already own and invest in Phainon or Anaxa, Cerydra is a massive upgrade that can push your clears to new heights and enable faster zero cycle runs. Her E1 is especially valuable for Phainon synergy. However, for the average player without those specific damage dealers, she remains too niche. Universal supports such as Sunday, Robin, or the new characters debuting in 4.0 offer far more flexibility across multiple teams.
Save your pulls unless your account is built around Skill damage hyper carries. The current rerun banner runs until March 24 2026, giving you time to decide after testing her in trial.
