Epic Game Removes Infinity Blade From Fortnite, Admits It ‘Messed Up’

After several days since the Infinity Blade’s first arrival to Fortnite, Epic Games announced that they will remove it from all modes. The Infinity Blade has caused a lot of complaints from players because it is too powerful, especially when it is used in North American Winter Royale tournament.

Finally, Epic has decided to vault this item from the game (in Fortnite. “vault” is used when one item is removed from the game but not forever) after listening feedbacks from fans. They also apologized for messing up the game and promised that they will try other ways to approach these mythic items more effectively. Infinity Blade may return to Fortnite but with different features.
