This short video highlights key gameplay mechanics ahead of the closed beta starting July 9. The game is a creature-collector adventure strategy title focused on bonding with Anima, creatures born from shattered Nexus bonds.

Anima Collection and Bonding Mechanics
Players collect Anima, remnants of broken bonds such as Light and Dark or Love and Hate. The core mechanic revolves around forming bonds with these creatures. As bonds deepen, Anima evolve into stronger forms. This evolution system ties directly to player interaction and progression.
Additional features include naming each Anima and using a photography tool to capture special moments with them. Rare Chromatic Anima variants can appear during exploration, adding variety to encounters.
Overworld Exploration and Interactions

Exploration takes place across planes, starting in the town of Iia. Anima are integrated into the world and can roam freely, join activities, or assist with challenges. Some can be carried or mounted, turning collection into active gameplay rather than passive storage.
The showcase shows Anima participating in daily town life, supporting the adventure and puzzle-solving elements alongside the main story of a plane-hopping traveler.
Combat: Nexus Battles

Combat uses the Nexus Battles system, an auto-battler format. Players deploy teams of Anima on a battlefield. Once started, battles run automatically. Success depends on team composition, positioning, and Aspect-based synergies.
The video demonstrates improvements to the arena, making it more interactive. Boss fights feature strong animations and character ultimate moves. This creates a mix of strategic team building and visual spectacle.
New Content in the Evolution Test

The test expands the experience with new characters such as Nanafey, Bai Mei, and Olympia. It adds more regions, story content, and refined gameplay systems while keeping the focus on Anima bonding and battles.
Overall, the showcased mechanics combine creature collection, deep bonding progression, dynamic overworld interactions, and strategic auto-battler combat into one cohesive loop.
