Danica, the head housemaid of Zapolyarny Palace, is expected to debut as a 5-star Electro Claymore user in Genshin Impact version 7.3 alongside the Tsaritsa. Recent beta leaks describe a versatile kit that supports Stellar-Conduct teams through resistance shred, team buffs, shielding, and personal damage. All details remain subject to change before official release.
Elemental Skill and Excitement Stacks
Danica’s Elemental Skill summons an Anchor that follows the active character and deals AoE Electro DMG. Its behavior changes based on whether she is on or off field.
- On-field: Normal Attacks convert into special Electro attacks that cannot be overridden by other infusions.
- Off-field: The Anchor performs coordinated AoE Electro strikes whenever the active character deals Cryo or Electro DMG, once every 1.5 seconds.
While the Anchor is active, Danica gathers Excitement stacks up to a maximum of 100. Off-field Cryo or Electro hits from teammates grant large stacks, while on-field Normal Attack hits with the Anchor also build stacks. At 100 stacks the Skill transforms into a special version.
- On-field (Combat Maid Form): Deals a massive AoE Electro hit counted as Stellar-Conduct DMG, then enters a stance that allows repeated special attacks and can skip Normal Attack hits to reach the finisher faster. The stance can be used up to five times.
- Off-field then switched in (Guardian Maid Form): Refreshes the Anchor and creates a shield for the active character. The shield has 250% Electro DMG absorption and scales with Danica’s ATK.
Elemental Burst and Passives
The Burst performs five AoE Electro attacks, with the first and fifth dealing extra damage. These hits are treated as Stellar-Conduct reaction DMG. Using the Burst enhances the next Maid Form: Guardian Maid Form grants an ATK buff to the whole party, while Combat Maid Form instantly maxes Excitement stacks and increases the special Skill’s damage.
Key passives include:
- Opponents near the Anchor suffer reduced Electro RES. Triggering Stellar-Conduct further reduces Electro RES and also reduces Cryo RES.
- Superconduct reactions convert into Stellar-Conduct while Danica is in the party.
- Stellar-Conduct base damage increases based on Danica’s ATK, up to a capped percentage.
Signature Weapon: Torrents of Spring
Leaks name her signature weapon the 5-star Claymore Torrents of Spring. At level 90 and Refinement 1 it has 741 Base ATK and 16.5% ATK. The passive increases the equipper’s ATK by 16%. When her Electro attacks hit an opponent, the active character gains a 20% Stellar-Conduct DMG bonus for 15 seconds. Triggering Stellar-Conduct while the effect is active further boosts the equipper’s ATK by another 16% and raises the active character’s Stellar-Conduct DMG by an additional 20%. These effects work even when Danica is off-field.
The combination of dual forms, RES shred, ATK-scaling support, and a strong signature weapon positions Danica as a flexible support and sub-DPS for Stellar-Conduct teams, especially those featuring the Tsaritsa.
