She is a Sarkaz operator from the Talos-II General Chamber of Commerce, a rising idol who fights with a Polearm. Her main attribute is Will and her sub attribute is Agility.

She functions as a flexible healer-buffer hybrid with strong teamwide utility. Her kit centers on stances that deliver sustained ATK boosts, HP Treatment, Electric and Nature Amplification, forced Electrification, and SP support for Electric and Nature operators. She ranks as a high-value support, particularly for Electric teams built around high SP demand carries.

Kit Overview

Liino’s gameplay revolves around activating and maintaining support stances while generating Combo triggers through Arts Reactions.

  • Basic Attack (Starry Heart Throb): Up to five sequences of Electric damage. The Finisher deals high damage and recovers some SP when used near a Staggered enemy.
  • Battle Skill (Dazzling Focus): Costs 25 SP. Deals Electric damage and enters Vocalist Stance. While active, the team gains an ATK Boost (scaling up to around 10 percent), nearby operators receive continuous HP Treatment (scaling with Agility), and Liino periodically attacks nearby enemies. Basic attacks are locked during the stance. Recasting ends the stance early for a short cooldown.
  • Combo Skill (Delightful Harmonics): Triggers while Vocalist Stance is active when an Arts Reaction is applied or consumed. Deals Electric damage, heals the controlled operator, and grants Ultimate Energy to Liino (around 20 Energy). Cooldown sits near 8-10 seconds depending on investment.

The consensus endgame set is three pieces of Eternal Xiranite (Light Armor, Hands, and Auxiliary Arm) paired with a LYNX Slab off-piece. Eternal Xiranite grants HP and a team Damage Dealt bonus when Liino applies Amp (activated reliably by her Ultimate). It also supplies useful Ultimate Gain Efficiency.
