Official channels confirmed that access started rolling out on September 19, 2026 at 10:00 (UTC+8), with pre-download now available and servers opening for selected testers on September 20.

This is the last closed test before the planned Winter 2026 launch, so the inbox check is not just hype. For a lot of Planet Tenders, this is the last look at the game before it goes live.

What is rolling out today

The studio is not flipping the switch for every applicant at once. Invites are going out in batches. The first group can already check status, download the client, and look up a specific login window plus the platform they were approved for.

If you applied and have not seen anything yet, that is expected. Official posts are clear that this is only the first batch, and more invites are still coming. Keep watching the email address used on the sign-up survey, plus HoYoverse’s official site and social channels. Pre-registering for launch does not grant beta access on its own.

The main survey window already closed on September 14 at 00:00 UTC+8. Submitting it never guaranteed a key. Extra codes have also been handed out through official events and giveaways, and community events are expected to continue during the test.

How to check if you got in

HoYoverse is pointing testers to two places:

  1. The invitation email sent to the address used on the survey.
  2. The access check page on the official Petit Planet website, which lists whether you were selected, when you can log in, and which platform or device is eligible.

Do not try to jump in before your assigned time. Earlier tests used the same staggered entry system, and logging in early was not allowed. Also confirm the platform listed on your invite. Access is bound to the platform shown there, and previous tests locked access to the first device used to log in.

A download and installation guide is already circulating on official social accounts. Pre-download is live even if your login window is later.

What this test actually is

The Final Beta Test, internally Version 0.95.2, is the third closed beta after the Coziness Test in November 2025 and the Stardrift Test in April and May 2026. It runs on Windows PC, iOS, and Android.

Important rules:

  • It is limited access, not an open beta and not early access.
  • There are no in-game purchases.
  • Progress is not expected to carry over. Official FAQ language describes a data-wipe test, with test data deleted when servers close unless HoYoverse says otherwise.
  • Content in the test does not represent the finished game.
  • An end date has not been announced.

That last point matches earlier betas. The Coziness Test ran for a little under a month. Stardrift ran from April 21 to May 25. A similar window is likely, but nothing official is locked in yet.
