Free Fire has been trying its best to differentiate its gameplay from PUBG Mobile, and the pet system is probably the most successful mechanic for that purpose. Besides just being cute, these critters also provide various benefits to players during matches. Every little thing matters – they could be the difference between victory and defeat.
In this guide, we would list the five best pets in the game.
5 - Ottero
Ottero's ability would increase your EP by 50% of the healing you did when using a medkit or treatment gun. This effectively increases the amount of HP healed to 150% - the extra EP can be useful to activate A124's skill as well.
4 - Spirit Fox
One of the best-looking pets in the game - the Spirit Fox is a great fit if you are using a Japanese themed set. Its ability "Well Fed" would give you extra HP every time a medkit is activated. While the boost seems insignificant... just remember that in a shooter like Free Fire, every single point of HP matters.
3 - Mr. Waggor
Mr. Waggor is one of the newest pets in Free Fire - he is a penguin wearing travel getups. Waggor's skill "Smooth Gloo" is also amongst the most useful - he would provide the player with an unlimited supply of Gloo Grenade. If the player has less than 2 Gloo Grenade in their inventory, the skill would trigger.
In the later phases of the match when the play area gets restricted, Gloo Walls are vital - the cover would save your life.
2 - Falcon
The first flying pet in the game, Falco, is probably the best one. When equipped, the bird would give you a passive named “Skyline Spree”, which increases skydive gliding speed by 15% and parachute gliding speed by 25%.
The bonus speed would increase with level – and the best part is that it affects the whole team so only one member of the squad needs to carry it. This pet is best for all types of players – with the added speed, they would be able to land earlier and get more loot.
1 - Rockie
The best pet in the game currently. Rockie's "Stay Chill" ability reduces the cooldown of all your characters' active skills. This provides a lot more value than you would expect - you can now cast your skill much more frequently than usual - everyone would like to have Alok's heal up faster.
