Skills

From hints:

  • Ramp Up
  • Homestretch Haste
  • Prepared to Pass
  • Up-Tempo
  • Tail Held High

From events:

  • Playtime’s Over!
  • It’s On!
  • Medium Corners

Yaeno Muteki’s rare skill, It’s On!, gives a speed boost when passing another runner mid-race. It’s not the absolute best Speed skill out there, but it’s handy for Late Surgers and End Closers trying to jockey for position late in the mid-race phase.

Should You Pull for the SSR Yaeno Muteki (Power) Support Card?

SSR Yaeno Muteki is a solid Support Card thanks to her skillset, but she’s not worth burning all your Carats to fully uncap. Grabbing her once or borrowing her is plenty to take advantage of her skills.

She’s a bit weak on Specialty Priority but makes up for it with a decent Race Bonus and high hint level and frequency. At MLB, she dishes out level 4 hints with a 60% Hint Frequency, which is great since her skills—like Playtime’s Over!, Homestretch Haste, It’s On!, and Medium Corners—are super useful for training most umas.

Spending a ton to fully uncap her isn’t the move, but borrowing her to train a Legacy uma is a smart play. It boosts the odds of passing down her valuable white spark skills through inheritance.
