Wuthering Waves 2.4: Cartethyia and Lupa prefarm guide

Let's prepare for the upcoming 2.4 characters in Wuthering Waves. Btw, the 2.4 banner has no reruns. I think Cartethyia's weapon is a must-get since its one-of-a-kind DPS weapon with HP substat. Lupa can probably use Jiyan or Jinhsi's weapon.
