New Resonators
According to Seele leaks, both Lynea and Mornye work as supports at low Resonance Chains in Wuthering Waves, tying into new mechanics coming in 3.0.
Lynea

Rarity: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ | Element: Spectro | Weapon: Sword
Lynea is the standalone Spectro support everyone's been after! No more relying on team setups to carry characters like Jinshi and Sanhua—Lynea comes with her own built-in sustain.
Her up-close, aggressive fighting style adds a quick and intense feel to Spectro teams. If you want a versatile, strong-hitting Spectro centerpiece that doesn't need hand-holding, Lynea delivers. She's set to change Spectro fights completely.
Mornye

Rarity: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ | Element: Fusion | Weapon: Sword
Mornye isn't just another addition—she unlocks an entirely new way to play. This 5-star Fusion Sword user is a pure support and setup character centered on the game-changing Fusion Burst mechanic.
Fusion Burst turns the element from straight damage into a complex setup for linked attacks. The timing is perfect: her drop lines up with the Rover gaining Fusion powers! Mornye will pair ideally with the Rover as a top Fusion DPS. Fusion's about to get a major overhaul!
Character Reruns
Phase 1
Cartethyia
Rarity: 5-star | Element: Aero | Weapon: Sword
Cartethyia is a 5-star Resonator from Wuthering Waves Version 2.4. As an Aero Sword user, she acts as a main DPS and can shift between her standard form and the stronger Fleurdelys state.
Ciaccona
Rarity: 5-star | Element: Aero | Weapon: Pistol
Ciaccona is a 5-star Aero Resonator who excels as a support or Sub-DPS. She focuses on stacking Aero Erosion to amp up Aero damage, applying it reliably through Basic Attacks and skills to make her essential for Aero-focused teams.
Phase 2
Augusta
Rarity: 5-star | Element: Electro | Weapon: Broadblade
Augusta is an Electro main DPS who builds "Prowess" and "Ascendency" bars for devastating combos. Her ultimate, fired off with full "Majesty" stacks, freezes time and unleashes a storm of hits for huge damage. Plus, she generates her own shield for great durability.
Iuno
Rarity: 5-star | Element: Aero | Weapon: Gauntlets
Iuno is an Aero Resonator in Wuthering Waves using Gauntlets as a Sub-DPS or support. She cycles through Lunar Cycle stances, building her Forte Gauge for consistent damage output. She also deploys a domain that amps ally damage, hands out shields, and heals, making her solid for attack or defense.
New Weekly Boss & Echo Sets
An update this big as 3.0 is bound to add a new weekly boss and Echo sets tailored for Lynea and Mornye. Details are still TBA, but get set for tough fights and strong new equipment to grind.
New Map: Startorch Academy

Startorch Academy is a research institute, not a school. Located at the Arctic point of Solaris, it sits in the Lahai-Roire region, shaped by ancient pole shifts. Over time, a massive underground cavern became habitable, turning into a warm, humid oasis. Today, it’s known as the "Research Haven of Solaris" and a "Utopia for Researchers," where Resonators thrive.
