Excitement continues for Wuthering Waves version 3.3 as fresh beta leaks have fully revealed the complete kit for the new 5-star Fusion Rectifier resonator Denia. The character brings a unique support playstyle built around switching between Fusion Burst Mode and Tune Strain Mode while providing massive team damage amplification and enemy grouping through traction.
According to the latest information shared by reliable sources across the community, Denia functions as a Resonance Liberation focused team buffer who applies Fusion Burst effects, responds to Tune Strain, and boosts both single target Fusion damage and AoE overall damage.

Character Overview
- Attribute: Fusion
- Weapon: Rectifier
- Role: Team Support
- Damage Type: Resonance Liberation DMG
- Key Mechanics: Fusion Burst Mode, Tune Strain Mode, Tune Strain limit increase, Fusion Burst application, Traction, DMG Amplification
Basic Attack: Harmonic Fusion Pulse
Performs up to 4 consecutive attacks dealing Fusion DMG. All hits are considered Resonance Liberation DMG and can trigger Fusion Burst responses.
Fusion Burst Mode
- Basic Attacks apply one stack of Fusion Burst Effect on hit.
- Mid-Air Attack: Consume STA to launch a plunging strike dealing Fusion DMG.
- Dodge Counter: Press Normal Attack after a successful Dodge to deal Fusion DMG and restore energy.
Tune Strain Mode
- Basic Attacks gain extended range and apply Tune Strain Response to nearby targets.
- Mid-Air Attack: Up to 2 consecutive attacks in mid-air dealing Fusion DMG.
Hold Normal Attack to charge and release a stronger Fusion pulse that pulls nearby enemies via Traction.
Resonance Skill: Strain Resonance
Two variants depending on current resonance mode:
Fusion Burst Variant – Press Resonance Skill to release a concentrated blast dealing Fusion DMG and applying Fusion Burst Effect to the main target.
Tune Strain Variant – Press Resonance Skill to spread Tune Strain waves dealing Fusion DMG in an area and granting the +1 Tune Strain limit buff to the team.
Both variants share a cooldown but grant the “Spliced Harmony” team buff: Increases all Resonator damage by 15 percent for 25 seconds when switching modes.
Casting either version also triggers Traction, pulling enemies toward Denia.
Forte Circuit: Dual Resonance Core
Denia manages resonance energy between Fusion Burst Mode and Tune Strain Mode.
- Basic Attack hits and Resonance Skill in Fusion Burst Mode build Fusion Burst stacks.
- At sufficient stacks, mode switch becomes available and converts stacks into additional Fusion Burst DMG.
- Tune Strain Mode increases the team Tune Strain limit by 1 and responds to teammate Fusion applications with extra DMG amplification.
- 40 percent Fusion Burst AMP (single target) active in Fusion Burst Mode.
- 40 percent All DMG AMP (AoE) active in Tune Strain Mode.
Fusion Burst Mode is the default starting state. Switching to Tune Strain Mode occurs after casting certain Resonance Skills or the Resonance Liberation.
Resonance Liberation: Spliced Memory Surge
Deals massive Resonance Liberation DMG in a wide area and instantly switches Denia into the opposite resonance mode.
Applies full Fusion Burst Effect to all hit targets and grants the entire team the current mode’s amplification buff for 30 seconds.
Does not consume Resonance Energy on cast and refreshes Traction on all enemies.
Mode Enhanced Version
While in either mode, holding Resonance Liberation charges a stronger surge that adds the +1 Tune Strain limit and extra Fusion Burst application.
Outro Skill: Echoed Fusion Blessing
When Denia leaves the field, the next Resonator gains 25 percent Fusion DMG bonus and 20 percent overall DMG amplification against targets affected by Fusion Burst or Tune Strain for 20 seconds.
Additional Passives & Team Synergy
Spliced Harmony – Already covered above. Provides consistent team damage buffs whenever Denia switches modes or uses her Resonance Skill.
Denia’s kit excels in mixed Fusion teams. She converts teammate attacks into extra Fusion Burst triggers and offers strong AoE amplification plus enemy grouping through Traction. Recommended supports include other Fusion applicators or characters that benefit from the increased Tune Strain limit.
The leaks also confirm Denia appears in the second half of the 3.3 banners alongside Phrolova and Chisa, with her signature weapon focused on Fusion Burst and Tune Strain synergy.
