Suisui is the new 5-star Glacio Rectifier Resonator released in Version 3.5. She functions as a dedicated Negative Status support healer and buffer. Born into a Mingting noble family and serving as director of the Zhaoming Commerce Guild, she wields a water fan and focuses on team sustain, ATK and DMG amplification, healing scaled off her HP, and raising the maximum stack limit of Negative Status effects (such as Glacio Chafe, Spectro Frazzle, Fusion Burst, Aero Erosion, and related effects) by 3 through her domain.
She shines brightest in Negative Status teams (Havoc Bane, Glacio Chafe, and similar compositions). Outside those teams she is functional but less optimal than dedicated general healers. Her key requirement is high Energy Regen (targeting around 260%) to maximize her team buffs, which scale with excess ER above 200% (up to roughly 12% extra DMG dealt and up to 50% ATK).

Core Mechanics
Suisui switches between two stances:
- Zephyr Stance (default): Build Cloud Breath (max 120) primarily with Normal Attacks and perfect dodges. Full gauge turns her Resonance Skill into an enhanced version that pulls enemies, applies Glacio Chafe, and enters the other stance.
- Drizzle Stance: Gains strong interruption resistance. Build Floral Epistle (max 600) with attacks. Full stacks power stronger Outro effects, including Plume Steps that heal, apply extra Glacio Chafe, grant interruption resistance, and deliver ATK/DMG buffs that scale with her Energy Regen.
Her Resonance Liberation deploys Ceaseless Landscape (around 30s duration). This domain raises Negative Status stack limits and enables her strongest support effects when she Outros. Healing comes from multiple sources (Enrichment stacks, Plume Steps, and Inherent Skills), including a periodic revive effect.
Best Build
Weapons
- Best-in-slot: Firstlight’s Herald (signature 5-star Rectifier). High Energy Regen (77%), Max HP increase, Concerto Energy recovery on Liberation, and a team-wide ATK buff. It helps hit the 260% ER target comfortably.
- Strong alternatives: Stellar Symphony (similar high ER and team utility).
- Excellent 4-star options: Variation (strong Concerto generation and ER) or Call of the Abyss.
- Other usable choices include various ER or HP main-stat Rectifiers if needed for F2P progression.
Prioritize Energy Regen weapons. Reach ~260% total ER for maximum buff strength.
Echo Sets
- Best: Song of Feathered Trace 5-piece. This set synergizes with her Glacio Chafe application and provides strong team ATK conversion from her Energy Regen.
- Solid alternative: Rejuvenating Glow 5-piece (healing and team ATK on heal triggers) for easier farming or transitional builds.
Main Echo: Forbidden Bastion (or equivalent high-value support/healing Echo available in 3.5).
Echo Cost and Main Stats (typical 4-3-3-1-1 or similar):
- 4-Cost: Healing Bonus or HP%
- 3-Cost: Energy Regen (priority) or HP%
- 1-Cost: HP%
Substat Priority: Energy Regen first, then HP%, flat HP, with Crit Rate/Crit DMG as lower priority (her personal damage is secondary).
Skill Priority
- Resonance Skill / Intro Skill (core for stance entry, healing, and damage)
- Resonance Liberation
- Forte Circuit
- Normal Attack (lowest priority)
Recommended Rotation
Use this clean and efficient loop (adjust slightly on the very first rotation if starting in Zephyr Stance without full gauge):
- Normal Attacks 1~4
- Enhanced Resonance Skill
- Falling Attack
- Normal Attacks 1~4
- Resonance Liberation
- Echo Skill & Finale Skill
Explanation
- Normal Attacks 1–4 build the relevant gauge (Cloud Breath in Zephyr or Floral Epistle in Drizzle).
- Enhanced Resonance Skill (the full-gauge version) switches stances, pulls enemies, and applies Glacio Chafe.
- Falling Attack (plunging attack) continues resource generation and sets up the next string.
- Second Normal Attacks 1–4 fills Floral Epistle toward the 600 cap for maximum Outro value.
- Resonance Liberation deploys Ceaseless Landscape so the following Outro benefits fully.
- Echo Skill followed by Finale/Outro Skill (Rippling Waters) delivers the 25% All DMG Amplification, consumes Floral Epistle for Plume Steps (healing + extra stacks + interruption resistance + ER-scaled ATK/DMG buffs), and swaps to the next Resonator.
On subsequent rotations you can often start closer to the enhanced skill or use Intro Skill to enter Drizzle Stance directly. Perfect dodges also help accelerate gauge building. Aim to keep Ceaseless Landscape active for as much of the team rotation as possible.
Best Teams
Suisui is strongest in Negative Status compositions:
- Premium Havoc Bane example: Yangyang Xuanling (Main DPS) + Chisa (Sub-DPS) + Suisui
- Glacio Chafe example: Hiyuki (Main DPS) + Lucilla (Sub-DPS) + Suisui
- Fusion Burst / other anomaly teams: Pairings with Aemeath + Denia or similar high-end anomaly DPS
- Flexible options also exist with characters like Cartethyia (Aero Erosion) or various Spectro/Havoc units that benefit from raised stack limits and the universal 25% DMG Amplification.
She pairs especially well with units that rapidly apply or consume Negative Statuses. Her Outro and domain make team rotations smoother and more forgiving.
Additional Tips
- Hit the Energy Regen threshold first. Excess ER directly translates into stronger team ATK and DMG buffs.
- Stay in Drizzle Stance long enough to bank high Floral Epistle before Outroing.
- Use her grouping and pull tools to keep enemies clustered for the rest of the team.
- She offers solid interruption resistance in Drizzle Stance and a revive Inherent Skill for safety.
- Sequences improve comfort and power (especially S1 for smoother ATK buff uptime and interruption immunity on key attacks, and higher sequences for Crit DMG and rotation speed), but she performs well at S0 in her niche.
Suisui is one of the highest-value supports for the current Negative Status meta in Version 3.5. Build for high Energy Regen and HP, master the short stance-switch rotation above, and she will keep your team alive while significantly amplifying damage. Enjoy the dewy winds and Ceaseless Landscape domains.
