She shines brightest in Negative Status teams (Havoc Bane, Glacio Chafe, and similar compositions). Outside those teams she is functional but less optimal than dedicated general healers. She pairs especially well with units that rapidly apply or consume Negative Statuses. Her Outro and domain make team rotations smoother and more forgiving.
