Wuthering Waves 3.7 kit leaks: Hsin and Suoming

Version 3.7 follows live 3.6. Hsin is expected in Phase 1 and Suoming in Phase 2 around October 2026. Both are drip-confirmed 5-stars. A test-build team preview dropped September 2–3, 2026. Skill text, numbers, and team value are still leaks and can change.

Confirmed

Hsin: Moon Fox Sentinel of Mengzhou, first playable Sentinel. Power: Fractal Proliferation (splits into tethered copies that share sensation and can reconverge). Also rebuilds mechanisms and created Mengzhou’s Autopuppets. Electro Rectifier.
Suoming: From Huating. Founder of the Ten Seals Covenant; Intendant of the Ministry of Sentinel Affairs under Hsin. Power: Frequency-Locking (borrows a target’s Forte at reduced strength; cap of ten). Electro Sword.

Still unconfirmed: full kits, exact roles, Echo set, banner reruns, and dates.

Hsin (leaked)

Consensus: complex Electro main DPS who applies Electro Flare herself and detonates overflow as Electro Rage. Scales on Resonance Skill DMG.

Two forms: Normal (4 Basics, Heavy, Core Heavy, two Skills) and Sentinel (shorter Basics, enhanced string, Heavy / Enhanced Heavy / Finisher; some reports add a fox transformation). Official Fractal Proliferation matches the “copies / coordinated attacks” leak.
Two Resonance modes: Electro Flare, plus a Tune-Break variant called Harmony, Synchronization, Sympathetic Vibration, or Transient Break depending on the translation. Rotation is usually described as build in one mode, spend in the other.
Two Liberations, a Domain Field, and Coordinated Attacks. A rumored 3.7 Electro set may buff Crit / Electro DMG when Flare or Unison/Intro triggers.

Suoming (leaked)

Early leaks called her a Havoc Rectifier Echo Skill support. Later datamines and drip flipped her to Electro Sword. The Echo-nanny role is now treated as outdated.

Current consensus: flexible Main / Sub DPS. Basic Attack damage, Electro and Skill DMG amp (Outro), Synchronization / Tune-Break. Gameplay footage shows an umbrella used as a sword plus chains. Frequency-Locking is lore, not published skill text; leakers only guess it becomes a 10-stack lock system.

Test-build team footage, not a kit explainer. Flow: Suoming opens with umbrella and chains to charge Concerto → swap to Hsin (Outro / Intro) → Hsin Basics / Skills / Liberation → swap back to Suoming → Hsin AoE and a larger second Liberation.

That supports two Hsin Liberations and a designed swap loop. Viewer reaction was split: some praised the second Liberation, others said Hsin’s on-field kit looked less “Electro / fox” than expected and that Suoming read more clearly.
