New Region: Roscaelifer, the Celestial Nexus
The stream introduced Roscaelifer as the central hub for Season 3. This floating sky city, often called a Bangboo utopia, sits in classified airspace and is ruled by Lady Sunbringer. Players will explore the main island of Booastrum, which features distinctive locations such as Amber Hall, Spotlight Theater, and Roarin' Brekkies.
New gameplay elements include the Skybus transit system for faster travel, Bangboo Drone mechanics that let players hack surveillance cameras and access hidden areas, and Interboo Collection Missions focused on puzzles and profile gathering. The update also adds new enemies like City Guardboo and Girtablullu. The main story, Season 3 Chapter 1 titled "A Sleepwalker's Confession," follows the Proxies as they arrive in Roscaelifer and delve deeper into Phaethon's mysterious condition and the city's unique culture.
New Agents and the Debut of Wind Attribute
Three new playable characters join the roster, each tied to Roscaelifer's External Strategy Department or the Proxy's own legacy.
Pyrois
serves as the awakened combat avatar of Phaethon. This form draws on the power hidden in the Proxy's eyes and the legacy of Helios Academy. New players starting in Roscaelifer receive Pyrois for free, with Mindscape upgrades and the signature W-Engine Sol Exuvia unlocking progressively through story content over multiple updates.
Velina
(S-Rank, Wind Anomaly) heads the External Strategy Department. She acts as a highly efficient problem solver who tackles everything from paperwork to difficult situations with calm precision, though her methods can be unconventional. Velina marks the game's first Wind-attribute Agent and introduces the new Vortex effect in combat. Her signature W-Engine is Joyau Dore.
Norma
(S-Rank, Fire Stun) works as Chief Technician alongside Velina. She excels in technical work but may not be the best team player. Her signature W-Engine is Chief Sidekick.
The stream showcased gameplay previews for all three Agents in Roscaelifer, highlighting new combat styles and environmental interactions.
Banner Schedule and Additional Rewards
Version 3.0 banners follow the standard two-phase structure starting June 17:
- Phase 1: Velina's debut banner plus Ye Shunguang rerun, with their respective signature W-Engines.
- Phase 2: Norma's debut banner plus Sunna rerun, with their signature W-Engines.
An S-Rank Bangboo, Ultra Jake, also joins the An Outstanding Partner Signal Search banner.
Beyond banners, the Chief Welfare Officer revealed several gifts during the program. All players receive 1,600 Polychromes as maintenance compensation ahead of the game's anniversary celebrations. Viewers who tuned in can redeem the limited-time code BEYONDTHECLOUDS for 300 Polychrome, 2 Senior Investigator Logs, 3 W-Engine Energy Modules, and 30,000 Denny via the official redemption site.
