Call Of Duty: Warzone Hacker ‘Teaches’ Infinity Ward How To Detect Cheaters
A Call of Duty: Warzone hacker with the nickname DeclanH23 posted a thread on Reddit. In the post, DeclanH23 admitted that he used his hack tool without being detected. Moreover, he also taught Infinity Ward, the developers of Call of Duty: Warzone to detect hackers.
This hacker shared his statistics and even highlighted some important indexes, such as kills per minute and headshot rate. From these figures, the developers can notice abnormal details when someone is using hack tools. It can help the developers a lot in eliminating cheaters from the game to give other players a fair game.
The data from DeclanH23 is useful for Call of Duty: Warzone anti-hack team. We don’t know whether Infinity Ward acquires the sharing of this hacker or not. But we know that they are developing a new and more effective anti-cheat mechanism. In specific, they made some changes in the matching mechanism. Those players who are suspected and reported for cheating many times will meet other cheaters in the game. It means that Infinity Ward creates a “land for cheaters” to fight other cheaters.
Cheat and hack are annoying both players and developers of Call of Duty: Warzone. Up to now, nearly one lakh accounts have been banned for cheating. Infinity Ward is trying to remove hackers and cheaters to give players a fair battleground. However, cheaters are still developing new hack tool to destroy others’ gaming experience.
