Grace's inventory charms activate simply by keeping them in her inventory, while Leon's weapon charms must be attached to compatible weapons for their effects to take hold. These items are scattered throughout the campaign, with some available only after completing the game via the Special Content menu using Challenge Points (CP) earned from challenges. Collecting them all is recommended, especially on higher difficulties, but beware of points of no return that can lock you out of certain areas.

| Power Shades Charm | Limitless bullet penetration + boosts firepower of the last bullet in cylinder | Requiem revolver | R.P.D. S.T.A.R.S. Office / Armory: Unlock the briefcase (code from Barry's Scavenger Hunt). |
| Cute Bear Charm | Increases mid-range firepower (reduces close-range potency) | Shotguns | Raccoon City Center Parking Garage: After exiting the R.P.D. rear rubble, head left down the ramp. Find it in the corner to the right of the shipping container. |
| Trusted Companion Charm | Increases bullet penetration | Handguns | Special Content menu: Unlocked by defeating 300 enemies total (earns CP for purchase). |
Tips:
- Barry's Scavenger Hunt in the R.P.D. is key for two charms - follow all clues to get the necessary keys and codes.
- Charms from the Special Content menu require a game clear and challenge completion to accumulate CP.
- Backtrack when switching characters (e.g., Leon to Pantry after Grace's section).
- No charms are character-exclusive beyond their design; however, Grace cannot equip Leon's weapon charms and vice versa.
Equip these charms strategically to conquer Resident Evil Requiem's horrors!
