GTA V Enhanced is poised for a huge leap in multiplayer capabilities. Thanks to FiveM's next big update, servers running the Enhanced version of Grand Theft Auto V will soon be able to support up to 2,048 players simultaneously.

Complete OneSync Overhaul
In a recent development update, the Cfx.re team revealed they are rebuilding key parts of the platform as they bring FiveM to GTA V Enhanced. At the heart of this overhaul is a completely redesigned OneSync networking layer.
Big Performance Gains
OneSync is the technology that allows FiveM servers to far exceed the standard player limits of GTA Online. The new version brings major performance gains including lower bandwidth consumption, reduced CPU and memory usage, smoother frame rates, and better overall latency for players.
Full Script Compatibility
Server creators will be happy to hear that the update is designed to maintain compatibility with most existing scripts written in Lua, JavaScript, and C#. Older sync modes are being retired to create a cleaner and more efficient system.
Release Timeline and Requirements
FiveM support for GTA V Enhanced is expected to launch in the coming months, with the first early access build arriving soon. As with current servers, reaching the full 2,048 player limit will require an Element Club Platinum subscription.
This development opens the door for truly massive roleplay servers, city wide events, and ambitious custom game modes that were difficult to achieve before.
