While helicopters and airplanes typically dominate as large and unwieldy aerial vehicles in the game, the Jetpack's compact size—similar to a motorcycle—significantly enhances maneuverability. Flight offers unparalleled advantages, allowing players to bypass roads and soar directly over buildings toward their destination. Even after a decade, the Jetpack remains the most efficient mode of transportation in the Grand Theft Auto series.
Grand Theft Auto Online introduced a vehicle akin to the Jetpack through DLC—the Thruster—but the original Jetpack maintains a superior, sleeker appearance.
