Although PC players have already had ample time to try out and play through Baldur’s Gate 3, console owners have not been so lucky. From romancing bears to rescuing the continent of Faerûn from the evil mind flayers, the player character has their work cut out for them. 

With their faithful party of 7, they venture out into the continent, searching for a way to save themselves and their friends from a parasite that threatens their very existence.

Unfortunately, Baldur’s Gate 3 will only be available on the PS5. If you’re a long-time fan with a PS4 setup, now might be the time to consider an upgrade!

Madden NFL 24

In contrast to Baldur’s Gate 3, Madden NFL 24 will be available on both the PS4 and PS5. Madden ‘24 is the newest game in the series that has the potential to take the football franchise to a whole new level.

Lies of P

Lies of P is the newest addition to the ensemble of souls-like games that leave players constantly challenging themselves to become better.

With the game taking inspiration from Carlo Collodi’s novel The Adventures of Pinocchio, we’ll get to see a slightly darker twist on this popular children’s tale. Joining Pinocchio, the main character, on his mission to find his creator, Geppetto, and become a man will prove to be a sobering and nostalgic experience at the same time.

Assassin’s Creed Mirage

Although it’s still far away on the list, we believe it’s time to start getting hyped about the 13th installment of the Assassin’s Creed series. Considering the franchise is celebrating its 15th anniversary this year, Assassin’s Creed Mirage will serve as a sort of love letter to the franchise and its first installment.

In Mirage, we’ll get to learn about Basim Ibn Ishaq, a street thief, and his coming-of-age story as he learns to fight for a cause greater than himself. 

Mineko’s Night Market

Many assume that Mineko’s Night Market has been in development since 2015, which amounts to 8 years now. There have been countless speculations on the game’s release date and whether we will even see it. But the waiting has finally come to an end!

Mineko’s Night Market is an adorable game that will help promote and celebrate Japanese culture. At the same time, it will tell a heartwarming story about friendship, tradition, and lots of cats.

Madden NFL 24

Madden NFL 24 can’t offer that much more innovative gameplay than its predecessors. It follows the same sports simulation formula. However, EA Sports has announced a few new game modes and tweaks, including the return of Superstar mode!

Lies of P

Anyone who has seen the Lies of P trailer will notice that the game basically looks like a soulslike. As such, we can already imagine what the gameplay will look like. However, Lies of P offers a new twist to this genre with the Lying System. With it, the player’s decisions will affect the course of events and, ultimately, the ending they receive.

Assassin’s Creed Mirage

The gameplay of Assassin’s Creed Mirage intends to remind the players of the nostalgic days of older Assassin’s Creed titles. This means it will focus more on the story. As a result, it will become more linear than recent titles and focus less on role-playing elements. Naturally, players will get to enjoy parkour and stealth gameplay, while also having an arsenal of weapons to fight with if the need arises.

Mineko’s Night Market

This 2D adventure game might seem basic at face value, but Mineko’s Night Market has lots of gameplay to offer. The mini-games will include crafting, racing cats, and more. Overall, it seems like we’ll get a good number of gameplay hours from this cute indie title!

As we near the scheduled release dates, fans are also showing more and more interest in pre-ordering the games. Usually, this means you’ll get some extra goodies that will put you ahead of the game. Here’s the scoop on each game and its pre-order details:

Baldur’s Gate 3 will only be available for preorder on the PS5 digitally. The base version costs $69.99 while the Digital Deluxe Edition upgrade comes in at $79.99. The base version is pretty bare-bones. However, the Digital Deluxe Edition includes 72-hour early access to Act 1, the Divinity Bard Song Pack, an exclusive dice theme, the Treasures from Rivellon pack, the Adventurer’s Pouch, and bonus digital content!

Madden NFL 24 offers a Standard Edition and a Deluxe Edition, costing $69.99 and $99.99, respectively. If you get the Standard Edition, you’ll receive a Josh Allen Elite Player Item, a choice of 2 strategy items, and NFL Marble Bills gear. The Deluxe Edition comes with the aforementioned items and AKA player, 3-day early access, as well as 4600 Madden points.

Lies of P comes in Standard Edition and Deluxe Edition. They cost $59.99 and $69.99, respectively. The Standard Edition also includes the Mischievous Puppet’s Clothes and Parade Hat. The Deluxe Edition is a bit richer with the aforementioned items, 72 hours early access, a Deluxe Edition cosmetic mask, and The Great Venigni’s Signature Coat and Glasses.

As for Assassin’s Creed Mirage, you can get the Standard Edition for $49.99. A pre-order will also net you a bonus quest, The Forty Thieves. You can also get the Deluxe Edition for $59.99, which includes the Deluxe Pack giving you an outfit, eagle and mount skins, and a dagger and sword. You’ll also get the digital artbook and soundtrack!
