On June 10, Tyler' Ninja' Blevins, the popular streamer on Twitch, and Corentin' Gotaga' Houssein from Team Vitality made a bet that worths $19,000 on a rock, paper, scissors game. Ninja has shown himself as a man with a lot of talents, but it never crossed some people's mind that rock, paper, scissors in included in that lists of achievements.

During a fundraising broadcasting of Fortnite for Alzheimers Research, Ninja, Gotaga, FaZe Jarvis and 'BrokyBrawks' gathered to play and stream on Twitch based on one rule: the person gets the lowest numbers of kills will have to contribute to the charity an amount depending on the number of kills they get. For instance, if the bet was $5, and there were five kills, the one with the least amount of kills would have to pay $25

The tiers that our players used were $5, $10, $50, $100, and $1,000, and raised after each round.  In the fifth round with a $1,000 wager, FaZe Jarvis was leading with 15 kills, which was $15,000 funding for the charity. Gotaga and Ninja finished with two kills per player, which added $4,000 to the total $19,000 payout of the game.

With both Ninja and Gotaga ended with the least kills in the final game, the pair decided to play the traditional rock, paper, scissors game to settle the person paying the massive amount of money. And Ninja won, leaving his opponent with $19,000.

It may come as a surprise to many that rock, paper, scissors game appears to be popular in esports. For their event of Mortal Kombat 11 Summit of Time previously in May, Beyond The Summit hosted an official RPS tournament and live-streamed on Twitch. The esports company would bring this old but gold game back again as an event for their Summit 8 Super Smash Bros. Melee tournament this June from 13th to 16th.
