Hoyoverse is about to drop Honkai Star Rail 3.6, bringing in Evernight and Dan Heng Permansor Terrae. With Evernight kicking off the first phase of banners, Hoyoverse put out her Myriad Celestia Trailer, “Dear March 7th.” This thing packs a bunch of backstory on March 7th’s history and her role in Amphoreus in HSR. If you skipped over those bits, here are five new details about March 7th that’ll catch any Honkai Star Rail player off guard.
1. March 7th Was In Amphoreus Before the Trailblazers
Anyone who's tackled the Amphoreus trailblaze missions remembers March 7th getting hit with some illness right as the Astral Express got near Amphoreus. It wasn't until HSR 3.5 that we catch her actually showing up in Amphoreus as Evernight, though version 3.4 gave us a glimpse in a weird limbo space. So, a lot of folks figured she only got there during the HSR 3.5 events.
But the Myriad Celestia Trailer “Dear March 7th” flips that idea on its head. It shows March 7th was already hanging out in Amphoreus before the Trailblazer showed up. She was helping steer the locals of Amphoreus along. Thing is, she stayed out of sight for most folks, popping up just for a second to a handful of people at key times.
2. Tribbios Was First Helped by March 7th
Now that we know March 7th beat the Trailblazer to Amphoreus, the trailer also shows her comforting and steering Tribbios. That puts March 7th as the one who nudged Tribbios toward rebellion, setting off the chain that brings the Trailblazer and Dan Heng into the picture.
This could mean Tribbios never kicked off a rebellion in earlier timelines, putting March 7th right at the center of shaking up Amphoreus’ path forward.
3. March 7th Was Born from Fuli’s Shard
The Myriad Celestia Trailer digs into a lot about how March 7th ended up in Amphoreus, but it doesn't stop there. It drops a big reveal about where she came from in the first place.
The trailer lays out that March 7th sprang from a broken piece of Fuli’s Luminflux. That ties her straight to Fuli, putting her on the same level as an Emanator without breaking a sweat. But it also says March 7th got buried right alongside the Remembrance’s deceptions.
This might hint that March 7th’s very being posed some kind of risk to the Remembrance, forcing the Garden of Recollection to tuck her out of the way. Keep in mind, though, that's just a guess—take it easy on that one.
4. Evernight is Fuli’s Enemy
One takeaway from the trailer is crystal clear—Evernight has zero respect for Fuli or the Remembrance. She’s always ripping into the Garden of Recollection and Fuli whenever she gets the chance.
The way she talks about the Remembrance even lines up with how the Lord Ravagers trash-talk the paths they’re out to wreck. So, what got Evernight so fired up against the Remembrance? We’ll have to hang tight to find out.
There’s a chance Evernight’s hunting for a way to wipe out the Remembrance, which could pull her toward the Destruction path.
5. Evernight is a Suppressed Split Personality
The trailer hits with one wild twist: Evernight looks like a buried side of March 7th’s personality that’s been held back. Before, players guessed March 7th turned into Evernight once she unlocked her memories in Amphoreus. But that theory’s probably off base.
It seems like this side—maybe her true starting point—got woken up after brushing against the Remembrance in Amphoreus. We watch Evernight push March 7th around, gradually grabbing the reins of her body by day 97. Turns out, she cut a deal with March 7th, promising something that let her take over completely.
So, that rounds out these five bits on March 7th from the “Dear March 7th” Myriad Celestia Trailer in Honkai Star Rail. Catch anything else we missed? Drop it in the comments.
