Durin is a 5-star Pyro Sword user introduced in Version 6.2 "Luna III". He excels as an off-field Sub-DPS with a unique dual-form system activated by his Elemental Skill. He synergizes strongly with Hexerei-tagged Mondstadt characters (unlocked via quests: Venti, Mona, Albedo, Klee, etc.) for massive buffs.
In Light Form (Confirmation of Purity), he provides AoE Pyro application and shreds enemy Pyro RES and the reaction element's RES by 20% (35% with 2+ Hexerei characters) after triggering Burning, Overload, Pyro Swirl, or Pyro Crystallize.
In Dark Form (Denial of Darkness), he focuses on single-target Pyro damage with +40% Vaporize and Melt DMG (70% with Hexerei).
