Version 6.7 (Luna VIII) introduces the Heavenlit Prophecy as a limited-time Lightrace Wish banner. This special format functions like a curated Chronicled Wish, letting you select and chart a path toward one boosted 5-star character or weapon at a time. The banner runs from July 1, 2026, to July 21, 2026.

It features five returning 5-star characters and their signature weapons, many of which received buffs tied to the new Stellar Conduct reaction system. Pity on this banner is separate from standard Event Wishes but shared with other Chronicled/Lightrace Wish banners, so progress carries over if you have pulled on similar events before.

Here is a clear breakdown of what is available and who is actually worth targeting with your Primogems.

Featured 5-Star Characters

Yae Miko (Electro Catalyst)

Strong off-field Sub-DPS and Electro applicator. Her kit shines in Stellar Conduct teams, especially alongside the new 5-star Sandrone. Constellation 1 (available via selectors) further boosts team damage in these compositions. Excellent long-term value.

Wriothesley (Cryo Catalyst)

On-field DPS who benefits heavily from recent buffs. He performs well in Stellar Conduct setups and serves as a solid Cryo carry if you missed or skipped Sandrone. His playstyle rewards consistent field time and proper energy management.

Cyno (Electro Polearm)

Aggressive on-field Electro DPS. Post-buff, he handles Stellar Conduct teams effectively and brings high personal damage output. Good pick if you enjoy quickswap or burst-oriented Electro gameplay.

Yumemizuki Mizuki (Anemo Catalyst)

Anemo Swirl-focused character with EM scaling and some healing utility. She is already on the Standard Banner pool, so you can obtain her through 50/50 losses or the standard banner over time. Lower priority on this limited banner.

Qiqi (Cryo Sword)

Classic healer with some physical damage potential. She is also available on the Standard Banner and through selectors. Generally considered low priority in the current meta.

Featured 5-Star Weapons

Kagura's Verity (Catalyst)

Yae Miko's signature weapon and one of the strongest options here. It boosts her personal damage and enhances Stellar Conduct output. Versatile enough for other catalyst users and a top recommendation if you plan to pull Yae Miko.

Staff of the Scarlet Sands (Polearm)

Cyno's signature and a flexible DPS weapon. It scales well with Elemental Mastery and works on multiple polearm characters. Solid choice for Cyno mains or generalist players.

Cashflow Supervision (Catalyst)

Wriothesley's signature weapon. It complements his kit and the new reaction buffs nicely. Worth considering only if you are committed to building him.

Sunny Morning Sleep-In (Catalyst)

Mizuki's signature. Strong for her EM-focused playstyle but limited outside her teams. Skip unless you are pulling Mizuki specifically.

Skyward Blade (Sword)

A standard banner staple. It provides a decent stat stick and energy recharge but is easily replaced by other options. Lowest priority.

Pull Recommendations

Yae Miko

High Priority

  • Yae Miko (especially with Sandrone in your plans). She offers the best team synergy in the new meta and remains relevant across many compositions.
  • Kagura's Verity if you already own or are pulling Yae Miko. The weapon significantly improves her performance and carries over well.

Medium Priority

  • Wriothesley or Cyno if you enjoy their playstyles and lack strong options in Cryo or Electro DPS roles. Both received meaningful buffs and fit the current Stellar Conduct focus.
  • Staff of the Scarlet Sands as a flexible polearm weapon.

Low Priority / Skip

  • Yumemizuki Mizuki and Qiqi (easier to obtain elsewhere).
  • Skyward Blade and Sunny Morning Sleep-In (niche or replaceable).
  • Weapons without a clear use case in your current roster.

Final Advice

The Heavenlit Prophecy banner rewards targeted pulling because you can select your desired 5-star. Focus on characters that fit your existing teams or the new Stellar Conduct reaction rather than collecting everything. Yae Miko stands out as the strongest overall target for most players due to her support capabilities and synergy with newer units like Sandrone.

If your Primogem count is limited, save for the main limited banners in Phase 1 or 2 (Sandrone, Citlali, Columbina, or Raiden Shogun) unless Yae Miko or a specific weapon is a high priority for you right now. Always check your current roster and upcoming content needs before spending.
