Same as Cloud Retainer's ascension materials, the talents mats also have some new names. The Lightless Eye of the Maelstrom drop is some thing you can get as a random reward from the All-Devouring Narwhal Trounce Domain. You can find the domain in the Salacia Plain area of the Court of Fontaine Region.
