To grab rewards like Stellar Jade, Credits, and other goodies in Honkai: Star Rail, you need to unlock the mailbox first by finishing the Trailblaze Mission "A Moment of Peace." Once that’s done, here’s how you can redeem codes in two easy ways:

Method 1: Redeem Codes via the Official Website

  1. Head over to the official Honkai: Star Rail redemption site: hsr.hoyoverse.com/gift.
  2. Sign into your HoYoverse account.
  3. Pick your server (like America, Europe, Asia, or TW, HK, MO).
  4. Type the redemption code into the box.
  5. Hit "Redeem" to process it.
  6. Open the game and check your mailbox (look for the envelope icon in the phone menu) to grab your rewards.

Note: If you’re on iOS, this is your only option since the in-game redemption feature isn’t available.

Method 2: Redeem Codes In-Game (Not Available on iOS)

  1. Start Honkai: Star Rail and open the main menu:
    • On PC, hit Esc.
    • On mobile, tap the phone icon in the top-left corner by the mini-map.
    • On PS5, press the Options button.
  2. Click or tap the three dots (…) next to your Trailblazer profile in the top-right corner.
  3. Choose Redemption Code from the menu.
  4. Enter the code and click Confirm.
  5. Check your in-game mailbox to pick up your rewards.

Important Notes

  • Codes don’t last long: Most codes, especially from livestreams, expire in 24–27 hours or have a redemption cap, so use them fast.
  • Mailbox access: Your rewards land in the in-game mailbox, which you can find via the envelope icon in the phone menu.
  • iOS restriction: iOS players have to stick to the website method.
  • Account details: Make sure you’re using the right HoYoverse account and server. You’ll need a valid UID, which you get after starting the game.
  • Finding new codes: Codes pop up during livestreams, on social media (like X, HoYoLAB, or Discord), or in official posts. Check sites like Game8, PC Gamer, or the Honkai: Star Rail wiki for the latest codes.

If a code doesn’t work, it might be expired, maxed out, or typed wrong. Double-check it and try again. Stay on top of new codes by following reliable sources, as they’re updated regularly with new codes and expiration info.
