Honkai Star Rail 3.8 brings in just one new character: The Dahlia, also known as Constance, a member of the Annihilation Gang's Everflame Family.

The Dahlia, or Constance, is a 5-star Nihility path character with the Fire element. Her kit makes her a Break Support that clicks perfectly with Firefly. She enables allies to land Super Break damage without needing to fully break the enemy's toughness bar.
Constance is a daughter of Duke Ifrit Inferno and seems to be the second-in-command of the Everflame Mansion Family. She first appeared in the Myriad Celestial Trailer — A Night of Ever-Flame: Scene 33. She's also noted as a memokeeper.

Calamity Boss
Leaks point to a new boss showing up in the Honkai Star Rail 3.8 storyline. It might be a twisted version of Firefly / SAM. The design echoes SAM’s suit, but with red corruption markings all over the body. Interestingly, it's tagged under the Swarm faction in the leaks. That could imply the Swarm corrupts Firefly somehow, spawning this boss and paving the way for the Trailblazer to head into Edo Star.
