GrandChase Trailer

Similar to many Asian mobile RPG, GrandChase features beautiful anime-style characters, with the in-game models being rendered as chibi. The story revolves around the battle between good and evil, wherein a group of heroes embarks on a journey to fight against darkness.

In term of gameplay, GrandChase employs a real-time combat system. Players will control a group of maximum 4 characters, each with their unique abilities, and slash through hordes of enemies. What is interesting is that there are more than 70 different characters to choose from. These characters will be divided into 5 types: Assault, Ranged, Mage, Tank, and Support. Each type, of course, has its own strengths and weaknesses. How players choose to build their teams will have a meaningful impact on the gameplay.

The controls of GrandChase is very simple. Players move the characters around using a virtual joystick, and tap on the screen to attack or use skills. There is also an Auto Movement and Auto Skill system for casual players who don’t want to get involved too much. However, that does not mean the game will just play itself from start to finish. There are many touch battles that require active control from players.
