Limbus Company is easily one of the top gacha games out there, especially since it’s pretty straightforward to snag new characters for your roster.
S+ Tier
These are the top-notch Identities in Limbus Company right now. If you’ve got them, you’re in great shape. If not, keep an eye out for their Rate Up banners. While lots of Identities are solid, these ones are just on another level.

E.G.O Target Extraction
Heathcliff - R Corp. 4th Pack Rabbit</
This Heathcliff doesn’t have a way to refresh his Ammo Count, but he still slaps with tons of Bleed, Fragile, and Rupture debuffs that hit like a truck. His skills deal massive damage, making him a beast in any fight.
Sinclair - The One Who Shall Grip
Sinclair’s latest Identity pairs up perfectly with The One Who Grips, with their passives working together to deal serious damage. He’s all about Bleed and Blunt skills, plus he can boost his own Stagger Threshold, making him a powerhouse.
S Tier
These Identities are still awesome and can carry you through most content, just a step below the S+ crew.

- [District 20 Yurodivy] Hong Lu
- [Molar Boatworks Fixer] Ishmael
- [Zwei Association South Section 4] Gregor
Hong Lu - Tingtang Gang Leader
This Hong Lu is all about reusing two of his three skills. One refreshes if the enemy’s HP is below 25%, and the other picks a new target if you take out the first one. Keep spamming Mutilate on low-HP enemies to shred through weaker foes.
Ishmael - LCCB Assistant Manager
This Ishmael relies on Ammo, which is her main downside. She’s decent at winning clashes but not the best. Still, she can slap Rupture and Tremor on enemies, boosting your team’s damage. Her skills are all Blunt, so check enemy resistances before tossing her in.
A Tier
These Identities are solid but not quite S-tier. They’re reliable picks but might need a bit more work to shine.

- [Seven Association South Section 6 Director] Outis
- [Liu Association South Section 6] Gregor
- [Liu Association South Section 5] Hong Lu
Faust - The One Who Grips
Even after a nerf, this Faust is a beast. She’s the big bad of chapter 3 and brings some killer skills. Two of her three abilities use Pierce, one uses Blunt, so she’s not great for Slash teams. Her skills hit hard and stack Bleed, making her a solid pick for most teams.
Hong Lu - Kurokumo Clan Wakashu
Don’t sleep on this 2-star Hong Lu just because his 3-star version exists. His Cloud Cutter skill can stack up to six Bleed on enemies with no Bleed, which is one of the strongest abilities in the game.
Outis - Seven Association South Section 6 Director
This is Outis’ best version thanks to her Passive, which boosts damage against enemies weak to her attacks. Her skills also debuff enemy offense and defense, making her great for softening up bosses. She’s got some weaknesses, though, so she sits in the middle of this tier.
Ryoshu - Kurokumo Clan Wakashu
This 3-star Ryoshu is a Bleed machine, much like Hong Lu’s Kurokumo version. She stacks Bleed, debuffs enemies, and deals more damage based on Bleed stacks. Pair her with Kurokumo Hong Lu, and you’ll breeze through content.
Gregor - G Corp. Manager Corporal
Gregor’s only 3-star Identity focuses on staying alive, with skills that heal him. He’s tough to take down but doesn’t hit as hard in clashes outside of his Dismember skill. Still, he’s a good pick for any team.
Ryoshu - R.B. Chef de Cuisine
This Ryoshu stacks Bleed like crazy and deals extra damage with I Can Cook Anything when enemies are low on HP. Her Passives heal the lowest-HP ally when an enemy goes down, making her great for long Dungeon runs.
B Tier
These Identities are okay but need more effort to compete with the higher tiers.
- [Zwei Association South Section 4] Faust
- [Liu Association South Section 6] Meursault
- [W Corp. L2 Cleanup Agent] Meursault
- [W Corp. L2 Cleanup Agent] Hong Lu
- [Fanghunt Office Fixer] Hong Lu
- [Dieci Assoc. South Section 4] Yi Sang
- [Shi Association South Section 5] Heathcliff
- [LCE E.G.O::Lantern] Yi Sang
- [Rosespanner Workshop Fixer] Meursault
- [N Corp. Mittelhammer] Rodion
- [N Corp. Kleinhammer] Heathcliff
- [LCB Sinner] Heathcliff
- [Lobotomy E.G.O.:Sunshower] Heathcliff
- [Dead Rabbits Boss] Meursault
- [Molar Boatworks Fixer] Sinclair
- [Blade Lineage Salsu] Sinclair
- [N Corp. Groẞhammer] Meursault
Meursault - N Corp. Groẞhammer
This Meursault is another N Corp Identity, like The One Who Grips, with a two-Pierce, one-Blunt setup. He stacks Bleed and can heal himself with Annihilate Heretics, making him strong for similar reasons but with some extra survivability.
C Tier
These Identities work but need a lot of investment to stand out.
- [Zwei South Section 5] Rodion
- [Zwei Association South Section 6] Sinclair
- [R.B. Sous-chef] Gregor
- [Los Mariachis Jefe] Sinclair
- [Lobotomy E.G.O.:Sloshing] Ishmael
- [Blade Lineage Cutthroat] Outis
- [LCCB Assistant Manager] Rodion
- [LCB Sinner] Yi Sang
- [LCB Sinner] Sinclair
- [LCB Sinner] Ryoshu
- [LCB Sinner] Rodion
- [LCB Sinner] Hong Lu
- [LCB Sinner] Gregor
- [LCB Sinner] Meursault
- [LCB Sinner] Faust
- [LCB Sinner] Ishmael
- [LCB Sinner] Don Quixote
- [N Corp. Mittelhammer] Don Quixote
Below the top tiers, the rest of the Identities are decent but need more work to shine. Don Quixote’s W Corp. Cleanup Agent can deal big damage but struggles to maintain Charge count. Faust’s Lobotomy Corp Remnant is a strong Clasher but falls short compared to better Slash-based Identities.
