NtE (Neverness to Everness) wasn't going to miss one of the biggest gaming events this year, so get ready for the exclusive feature trailer they revealed at Gamescom 2025. On top of that, NtE is officially coming to PlayStation 5, Mobile and PC.

In the video above, you can see smooth open-world exploration on foot or with vehicles. The trailer also gives a look at daily life in Hethereau, plus playable characters battling enemies. The characters' kits look solid so far: melee, ranged, summons, gravity, transformations, and more. You can even take down foes by hitting them with a bike!

“Keep your hands on the wheel, Appraiser. The Officer Whisker chasing you aren’t to be taken lightly. Trust me, you really don’t want to know what “Justice Executioner” has in store. For now, enjoy the daily grind in Hethereau—your urban adventure is just getting started.”

Neverness to Everness will have Full Ray Tracing/Path Tracing

NVIDIA has announced that Neverness to Everness, the new supernatural urban open-world RPG running on Unreal Engine 5, will include Full Ray Tracing/Path Tracing on PC. They've put out a trailer focused on the path-traced version, which you can watch below.

According to the developers, Path Tracing will boost the game's lighting, reflections, and shadows. The trailer shows some side-by-side comparisons. The game will also support DLSS 4 with Multi-Frame Gen.

Neverness to Everness is set in the lively city of Hethereau, explorable both day and night. It features a dynamic weather system that makes the city feel active and ever-shifting. Weather impacts gameplay as well – rain, for example, can make roads slicker, turning driving into more of a challenge and tying you closer to the surroundings.

Every character has a unique Esper ability that shakes up how you get around the vast city of Hethereau. These powers add extra thrill to exploration. For instance, Nanally's Anti-Gravity ability allows her to float and glide over rooftops, reaching spots that are normally inaccessible. Abilities like this let you spot secret paths, zip through the city in fresh ways, and make Hethereau feel like a huge playground brimming with hidden gems.

Apart from the core story and RPG mechanics, there are tons of side options. You can gather, tweak, and race sports cars, buy and outfit your own sleek city apartment, or set up and operate a business. No matter what you pick in Hethereau, the game is designed to feel engaging, immersive, and packed with nonstop activities.
