Communication is the key thing in this game mode. You need clear communication with your teammate. More importantly, you should play with your permanent teammate and have the same game dictionary so that you will understand each other well.

Moreover, both of you need to stay connected in any movement and attack. When your teammate is knocked, give him cover and support. Use smoke grenades to cover your teammates and try to knock at least one player of the enemy team but don't try to confirm if you cannot. Then, you will have time to revive your teammate when the enemy is busy reviving his teammate.

Focus fire is another tactic to win in a duo match. For example, if your team is camping on the second floor of the U-shape building in the Military Base, you and your teammate can camp in two different rooms near the staircase. Then, when the enemy steps up to the second floor, both of you can surprise to shoot him down quickly before his teammate come. Two of you will cause double the damage to take the enemy down faster.

If you spot an enemy in long-range combat, let your teammate know his position and countdown to fire together. The total damage of two guns can be enough to send the target to the lobby if both of you shoot accurately.

Or else, one of you can be a tanker while the other play as a sniper to cover behind the tanker. One of you can knock the enemy down and the other confirms that kill so that his teammate cannot revive him.
