This effect can be triggered once every 0.5s. This effect can still be triggered even when the character who is using this artifact set is not on the field.

Tenacity of the Millelith is another great support artifact set. It is designed for support characters who can deal off-field damage with their skill such as Zhongli, Kokomi and Fischl. The 4-Piece Bonus will activate and refresh itself every time the tick of damage is dealt, giving out an effect similar to Noblesse Oblige.

It can also stack with the Noblesse Oblige bonus, resulting in a total of 40% ATK increase.
