Key QoL Feature: Targeted Echo Merging
In 3.1, use I.R.I.S. to select a specific new echo set as the target. Merge any 5 echoes (regardless of set) to guarantee 1 output from the targeted set. Fixed 5:1 ratio with no bonus echoes. Perfect for farming the new sets without RNG waste.

Likely a new Spectro set (C4 Echo: Gray armored diver/mech with horns, tentacles, propellers, and spiked fists; possibly Hyvatia-related). Fallback: Celestial Light (2pc Spectro DMG +10%, 5pc ATK +10%, Outro +22.5% Spectro DMG) or Freezing Frost (2pc Basic ATK DMG +10%, 5pc Basic ATK +40% after Intro/Lib). Rite of Gilded Revelation sonata may pair well (prefarmable in 3.0).
