Version 3.3, Journey to the Sky, launches on October 21, 2026. Phase 1 runs until around November 11 and features the new S-Rank Fire Anomaly Agent Phoenix alongside a Velina rerun. Phase 2 follows with the new S-Rank Wind Attack Agent Severian and a Norma rerun. Signature W-Engines are Plume of Rebirth for Phoenix and Incarcerating Grip for Severian.

Phoenix: Strong for Anomaly Accounts

Phoenix is a Fire Anomaly unit whose main selling point is enabling Attribute Anomaly damage to critically hit. When any squad member deals Anomaly damage, enemies gain a status that lets subsequent Anomaly hits crit at a base rate with extra Crit DMG. She also has a Rebirth effect that can revive her after a fatal hit. This makes her a high-ceiling pick for players already running Anomaly teams.

Her value rises sharply if you own or plan to pull Velina, since the two pair well. Without Anomaly support already on the account, Phoenix becomes more of a luxury. She is not a universal must-pull for every roster. Prioritize her if you enjoy Anomaly play and want to raise the ceiling of those teams. Otherwise the opportunity cost of missing later units is high.

Velina: High Priority Rerun

Velina returns as a Wind Anomaly Agent and remains one of the better generalist options for Anomaly compositions. She enables and amplifies Anomaly damage effectively and fits most teams outside pure Miyabi setups. For accounts that still lack her, she is often the stronger Phase 1 target over Phoenix. Her signature W-Engine is also valuable if you use her regularly. Pull Velina first if your Anomaly roster is incomplete.

Severian: Niche Wind Attack Carry

Severian is a Wind Attack Agent built around Perfect Dodges and resource management. His kit rewards timing enemy attacks to trigger stronger Basic Attacks and high multipliers. He offers a distinct active playstyle compared with more static Attack units. As the first dedicated Wind Attack main DPS, he fills an elemental gap, but he is not essential if your account already has strong Attack carries.

His signature W-Engine improves Crit and Wind resistance ignore, yet it is not required at base. Pull Severian if you want a new Wind damage option and enjoy dodge-focused combat. Skip him if your Attack teams are already covered and you prefer saving for future patches.

Norma: Situational Stunner

Norma is a Fire Stun Agent who works as a generalist for Attack and Rupture teams. She is useful if you lack a strong Stunner for units like Claret or other high-value carries. If you already own solid Stun options, her rerun is lower priority. Check your existing roster before spending on her.

Overall Pull Priority

For Anomaly-focused accounts, Velina comes first if missing, followed by Phoenix if the team is ready. For Attack accounts, Severian is the main new option, with Norma as a supporting pull only when needed. Most players should aim for one new Agent rather than both, treat W-Engines as secondary, and keep Polychrome for upcoming content. Test the trial stages before committing.
