1. Oppressor Mk2
Being a hoverbike, the Oppressor MK2 can travel on all terrains land, air and sea. This versatility is probably the best part about the vehicle - you can pretty much do everything except for diving underwater. Similar to the Toreador, the Oppressor MK2 also has a rocket boost for immediate acceleration, which can be used to avoid gunfire or missiles. That's why it deserves a slot in the top most useful vehicles in GTA Online.
You can equip the bike with either machine guns or missiles. It is probably the best vehicle to use if you want to grief other players.
2. Kosatka
The Cayo Perico Heist is probably the best way to make money for solo players so far. It is the only heist that can be completed without a team. The Kosatka is a requirement to do this heist.
Therefore, it is important that players grind enough money and unlock this sub as soon as possible. Gameplay-wise, it is a command center vehicle, with serves as a movable base. The Kosatka comes with a lot of missiles.
3. Terrorbyte
The Terrorbyte is a large command truck that serves primarily as an operational hub for all 8 business types; Vehicle Cargo, Special Cargo, M/C Club Businesses (Weed, Cocaine, Meth, Counterfeit Cash), Supplies and Air Freight Cargo, alongside Paige's Client Jobs. Managing all business from a single location saves a lot of time and effort.
Players can upgrade the Terrorbyte with a multi-lock missile batter, drone station, weapon workshop and specialized workshop. Players need this truck to upgrade the Oppressor Mk2. Furthermore, it is the only vehicle that can be upgraded and stored in this area.
4. Mobile Operations Center
Similar to the Kosatka, the Mobile Operations Center is a moving base. It gives players the ability to use weapons and vehicle workshops, along with access to their personal vehicles at all times. Weapon-wise, the MOC has cannons that can fire powerful rounds capable of destroying unarmored cars in a single shot, as well as low-flying aircraft.
Although the size of the MOC will be an easy target for attackers, the trailer is very resistant to damage. The MOC can take 24 RPG rockets or almost 70 rockets from a Buzzard Attack Chopper.
5. Toreador
The Pegassi Toreador is a custom submersible sports car featured in GTA Online as part of The Cayo Perico Heist update. It is more or less the best amongst amphibious vehicles - with everything the Stromberg has, and more. Appearance-wise, the Toreador looks like the Lamborghini Marzal concept car.
Performance-wise, the Toreador is average on land, with a slightly underwhelming acceleration that can be improved by a booster. It works under the water as well, improving the Toreador's speed greatly. Furthermore, the car can also use Sonar to detect hidden caches.
Weapon-wise, the Toreador sports the usual arsenal of machine guns, rockets and torpedoes. The twist here is that it has an unlimited number of missiles.
