Rogue is one of the best NPCs in Night City with who players can't build a long-standing relationship in Cyberpunk 2077. This is simply because Johnny Silverhand interacts with Rogue through V's body only. Dating Rogue isn't that challenging, yet, it won't last for long.  V (the player) can not spark a romance with her because you're not the one who does the talking.

Unlike the relationship with Judy, this time, it doesn't matter if V is a male or a female character. The other character who isn't gender-specific when it comes to dating in Cyberpunk 2077 is Meredith. However, at least your date with Meredith comes to a rightful conclusion. The same can't be established for V and Rogue.

How to Date Rogue in Cyberpunk 2077

To start the soon-doomed relationship with Rogue, players will need to begin the 'Chippin in' side quest. Once you have completed the quest, the second quest, 'Blistering Love', begins automatically. Players then can ask Rogue out on a date, where you will drive to an abandoned drive-in.

While watching the movie, things get slightly 'steamy' for Rogue and Johnny (who is now in V's body). Things will start if the player selects the flirty dialogue. Once Johnny and Rogue kiss, things will HEAT UP. But it won't get as blazing as the other romance in the game, such as Panam or Judy.

Rogue and Johnny has a thing in the past

As mentioned before, a relationship with Rogue in Cyberpunk 2077 doesn't go the distance. However, doing her side quests does make her an ally. And Rogue's involvement in the mission 'Nocturne OP55N1' will potentially affect an ending of Cyberpunk 2077.

And also, completing the mission Blistering Love unlocks the Bushido and Chill achievements. This romance arc isn't as elaborate as the others, but it's important for the final missions.
