After many years leaving its fans expecting, Square Enix is finally having a plan to give the community some details about Marvel's Avengers at its press conference scheduled on June 10 for E3 2019. And while it's likely for a more precise launch date to be announced at E3 by the studio, people believe that Square Enix may have already given out some clue for the Marvel's Avengers' release window.
In the newest financial report, Square Enix states that it intends to “unveil the details of our major new HD games for FY2020/3.” and then keep revealing more by saying that “out of consideration of competitor release schedules, our major launches will take place after midyear of FY2020/3.” Due to the fact that announcement at E3 2019 for Marvel's Avengers has been confirmed along with other titles' by Square Enix, it's safe to expect the game will be an FY2020/3 release, which implies that the launch schedule for Marvel's Avengers is highly likely to set from October 2019 to March 2020.
However, there is another note from Square Enix: the “major launches will take place after midyear of FY2020/3". This could possibly mean that Marvel' Avengers will not be anywhere in 2019. A more possible expectation it that the game will be published in the first 6 months of 2020, more likely in February or March. Many players share the same feeling that this game will be another version of online live-service games such as Destiny or The Division 2.
