From military superpowers to national rulers, they are all pieces of chess on your board. Learn the game mechanic to control the complex AI as you utilize their abilities to shape the globe in the way you want.
You don't have to do all the heavy works of executing your economic, militaristic, and diplomatic ambitions. Just plant your secret agents, then indirectly influence others to work in your will with more than 50 action types. They will help you tip the balance of the world as your will while you walk away with clean hands.
