Axis & Allies 1942 Online is an adaptation of the Axis & Allies 1942 Second Edition, a classic turn-based board game set in World War II. You can check out the trailer of this game below.
Players will represent nations on either side of the war: the Allied forces of the United States, and the Soviet Union, the United Kingdom, or the Axis powers of Germany and Japan. There is a maximum of 5 players in a match, each controlling one or more nations of the Allied or Axis powers.
Apart from controlling the military, players also need to take care of the economy of their countries during the war. The player who can take down their opponents on the battlefield and take over the greatest cities in the world win the game. You can play this game online using the internet, LAN or play the game by yourself against AI. The outcome of each battle will have random elements decided by rolling dices, so make sure you have a backup plan if things go wrong.
The game takes place in 1942 when the German was using their tanks in the west to push through France and tried to force the Soviet Union to hold back. The United States was planning to take revenge on Japan after the Pearl Habor event. As for the United Kingdom, they were seeking help from their allies as they were under the threat of being bombarded. The whole world was on fire!
Will the Axis will take over the world or the Allied will be able to push them back and prevent the dictatorship from spreading? That is all up to you.
