There are two options to obtain Genshin Impact special program redeem codes:

  2. In-game claim.

To redeem codes by the 1st method:

  1. Visit the official site.
  2. Log in to the HoYoverse account that corresponds to the Genshin account.
  3. Pick your server that contains your profile.
  4. Enter the code into the Redemption code box.
  5. Click "Redeem." Do not forget to check your registered email to claim the rewards.
