Genshin Impact 3.2: Scaramouche Boss Fight Guide

With 3.2 finally coming out, you can now kick Scaramouche's ass in Genshin Impact. He would be piloting a giant mech called Shouki no Kami in the Joururi Workshop Trounce Domain.

In this article, Gurugamer is going to showcase how to beat Scaramouche Boss Fight in Genshin Impact 3.2.

Preparation for Scaramouche fight

Players need to clear "Archon Quest Chapter 3: Act 5 — Where the Boat of Consciousness Lies." to unlock the domain.

It is recommended to bring a Pyro or Cryo character, alongside a Bow user for this fight. Avoid using any Electro character to attack the boss, as the boss has 90% Electro resistance.

To make the fight easier, players will want to use the Neo Akasha Terminal that Nahida provides in the story. Picking up energy cores dropped during the fight to power up the Neo Akasha Terminal.

Rewards

Beating Scaramouche yield the usual boss drops like Ascension Gems, Artifacts, and a chance for Midlander Billets. Additionally, he also drops three talent ascension materials: Puppet Strings, Mirror of Mushin, and Daka’s Bell. The boss would be very popular in the future, as many characters will be using these mats.

Scaramouche boss fight first phase

This phase of the fight is not that hard. You can keep firing on the boss and ignore most mechanics of the fight if your party is of a high enough level.

If you are struggling and taking too much damage, be sure to use the Neo Akasha Terminal to clear the elemental effects off the ground and power yourself up. It can be activated by standing on the elemental matrixes on the ground.

Here are the effects of the matrixes:

• Anemo: Creates an air current to help you dodge attacks.
• Pyro: Removes the Cryo effect on the ground.
• Electro: Suppresses the boss. Activating both Electro Matrixes will stun the boss.
• Cryo: Removes the Pyro effect on the ground.
• Hydro: Continuously heals you.

If you have a good shielder or healer, it is best to just ignore them and just activate the two Electro Matrixes to stun and beat the boss up.

Scaramouche boss fight second phase

While you can definitely spend time beating on the boss with your strongest attacks, the fastest way to kill him is to use the Neo Akasha Terminal as much as possible. As the energy cores appear, Four-Leaf Sigils will also appear above them, which you can use to quickly zip around the battlefield.

• Step 1: Once you have enough energy for the Neo Akasha Terminal, fire it to remove the boss's shield. Try to dodge attacks in the process.
• Step 2: After Scaramouche's shield breaks, he will fly up and become unreachable. 4 Nirvana engines will spawn in the center. Players need to try to break these as fast as possible in order to get more energy for the Neo Akasha Terminal. This is where the bow character comes in, as melee characters have a hard time killing these engines.
• Step 3: Use the Terminal to shoot the boss, otherwise, he would one-shot kill your active party member. If you hit him with the blast, Scaramouche would fall down and can be attacked normally for big damage.

Rinse and repeat the steps until the boss is vanquished.
