In an official statement, Genshin Impact has shared intriguing information about upcoming game updates, including an announcement that Klee and Kaeya will receive new outfits. As seasoned players may already be aware, one of these outfits will be available for purchase, while the other will be obtainable for free.

Is Klee skin free?

Genshin Impact recently released new photos featuring Klee wearing a stunning red outfit adorned with floral patterns. She is seen sporting a red-pointed witch's hat with a Pyro vision tied in a bow on top.

Klee's attire, including black gloves and trainers, gives off a vibe of being ready for a Summer Paradise trip. Additionally, she carries a bag with a Dodoco theme.

Regarding the availability of Klee's skin, unfortunately, it will not be obtainable for free.

Players can expect the outfit to be priced at 1,350 Genesis Crystals during its initial release, which will later increase to 1,680 Genesis Crystals after a limited-time discount.

An effective strategy for obtaining the required Genesis Crystals is to purchase 5x Welkin Moons on their accounts instead of directly topping up, as this not only provides the necessary Genesis Crystals for the skins but also offers a consistent Primogem income in the long run.

How to get Kaeya new skin in Genshin Impact 3.8

Kaeya's skin "Sailwind Shadow" is the second outfit available in the upcoming season.

It consists of a striking two-piece costume with a blue top and white bottoms. According to the official description, Kaeya wears it as a theatre costume for his role as the "Dagger Bandit." The outfit comes with various accessories, including earrings and stylish shoes, which has generated excitement among fans who are eager to obtain it.

The Sailwind Shadow outfit, like other four-star character skins in Genshin Impact, will be obtainable as a reward during the version 3.8 event. Players can earn points by completing specific missions to qualify for the reward. After version 3.8 ends, the outfit will be added to the Character Outfit Shop and can be purchased for 1,680 Genesis Crystals.

While Genshin Impact's skins do not offer any gameplay advantages, fans of both characters are encouraged to acquire these cosmetics. Kaeya's new outfit, in particular, has been well-received and is relatively easy to obtain, making it a fan favorite. Therefore, now is a good time to obtain these skins, regardless of which one you desire. Version 3.8, set to debut on July 5, 2023, will be the final version before 4.0 and the Fontaine region.
